Halo evriwan!
I’m really sorry for not updating sooner but to answer everyone’s main questions… YES I am alive and YES of course you can send me massive amounts of all of my favorite American snack foods. Yep… some things never change. The procrastination bone in my body totally took over my last time in Port Vila (the capitol city of Vanuatu) so here is an entry from before I left for my site. I had it all written but then the week we were supposed to leave, I ended up needing to run all over town to buy things for my site. As I was planning to upload this particular entry to my forever awesome peaceofchai blog, I ran out of time (the internet is not as fast as it is back in the States) and then a bus had come to take me to the airport. So yeah… I’m not going to lie… I definitely dropped the ball on that one. I am alive though so don’t worry too much! I plan to blitzkrieg my blog this week so if you’re interested, try and check every now and then. People tell me all the time to “update your blog” but I can only really do it when I come into town. There is no high speed Internet available on the outer islands.
